Kevin Moore

 Kevin Moore, Lieutenant Colonel USA (ret.) was commissioned from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1996. Through his 21 years of service, Kevin established himself as a subject matter expert in the DoD Acquisition Corps, managing and assisting in numerous programs to include PAC-3 (MSE), THAAD, HELLFIRE, X-Band Radars and the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense program, IBCS. Kevin has an MBA in Acquisition Management from the Naval Postgraduate School with emphasis on Foreign Military Sales and his expertise on the DoD budget process, warfighter requirements, and technology insertion coupled with his contracting experience on the battlefield, provides extensive insight into getting critical technologies and capabilities rapidly into the hands of the warfighter. Kevin has a passion for finding technologies that have military applications and rapidly getting them to the field. Kevin has extensive knowledge in the Army’s Air and Missile Defense portfolio as well as across the services within Missile, Sensors, Command and Control systems, to include Hypersonic and Directed Energy (High Energy Lasers). Kevin also brings to the table his experience with congressional affairs and advocacy, through his membership on multiple air, space and missile committees and boards. Kevin currently resides in Huntsville, AL and is active on numerous community efforts to cultivate new talent and technologies to expand on the “Rocket City’s” center of excellence.
