LTC Amos C. Fox, USA, Ret., PhD, is a lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of Houston. He is also a Research Fellow with Arizona State University’s Future Security Initiative. Amos also hosts the Revolution in Military Affairs, Soldier Pulse and WarCast podcasts, serves as an editorial board member with the Journal of Military Studies and is a senior editor with Small Wars Journal.
